On May 20, representatives of TEMPUS ISIS project had meeting with representaitves of enterpises from Gornji Milanovac. They had been discussing the stundets internship in differnt compaies, and the first group od stundets wil be sent to companies from this region.

On May 3rd and 4th the representative of University of Ljubljana, prof. dr Mirko Sokovic, visited University of Kragujevac. Prof. Sokovic had meetings with prof. Macuzic and prof. Stefanovic. They discussed the current progress of the project and other issues.

On May 27 - 28, 2012, the annual studnets' confernce with presentation of reprots from studnets' internship, and number of workshops and presentations of opportunities for SI will be held at Kragujevac. Studnets from all partners' Universities will take part in this even. The annual SI reprot will be published and presented.

On April 10-16, 2012, ESTIEM had Activity Week in Kragujevac. During this event stundets from Germany, Turky,Greece, Russia and Holland had meeting with Uni KG UCDC representatives. The model and results of TEMPUS ISIS project were presented. Also representatives of KG UCDC recieved information about SI in differnt countires.

On April 9th 2012 we submitted Intermediate Report on implementation of the project (IR).

In order to even increased the number of trained mentros and supervisors we have been developing the software solution for on-line, web based trianing (e-training) of mentors and supervisors. So mentors and supervisors could get full information and training from any place.

Coordiantor of TEMPUS ISIS project, dr Miladin Stefanovic gave interview for regional TV with information about developments in the field of studnets'interniship improvement. The preparation of students for SI was held and work shop Innovation and Management.

During last week of March 27 people (4 academic staff + 1 persons from UCC from all 4 Universities, Nis, Belgrade, Novi Sad and Kragujevac as well as 5 representatives of other partners) visited University Ljubljana, Slovenia. Representatives of UCDC had workshops at University of LJubljana. Mentors and supervisors alse had training and visits to different companies such as: LTH Casting, Pivovarna Union, Gorenje, MIC-u /Medpodjetniski izobrazevalni center. (more)

During last week of March, from 25th to 31st 2012 one of the activities within project TEMPUS JP 510982 "Improvement of Students' Internship in Serbia" is carried out. Delegation from Serbia, composed of people of various fields (University of Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Belgrade and Nis, Centers for Carrier Development, student organization AIESEC, Serbian Association of Employers and representatives of companies such as NIIT d.o.o., Energetika d.o.o., UNIOR Components a.d., SCGM Company) had organized study visit to our partner in Italy. Total number of delegation was 24 members. The aim of this study visit was introduction how students' internship work and what model is used at Politecnico di Torino and at two Italian company Eurotermo (Brescia) and DENSO (Poirino, Torino). On March 7th the Workshop preparation for studnets internship was held in the frame of TEMPUS ISIS project. The main idea was to provide training of students for internship abroad in communication and working ethics.

On March 1st representatives of TEMPUS ISIS project, Ivan Macuzic, Marko Djapan and Miladin Stefnaovic visited Tetra Pak, Gornji Milnovac. They had a meeting with production manager Jovan Gligorijevic. The Tempus ISIS representatives get informed about Tetra Pack and they made agreement about stundets' internship in Tetra Pack according to the new developed model.

On February 27, 2012, prof. Jovan Filipovic, Member of TEMPUS ISIS project had meeting with representatives of Union of Employers from Belgrade. The general topics of this meeting were improvement of cooperation in the field of students' internship and preparation of members form Union of Employers for internship supervisors through specific training. There were also discussion about identification of capacities of enterprises, as well as their feed back abut SI.

The purchase procedure is started. The commission consists of representatives of all four Universities was formed. According to the plan equipment will be purchased and distributed to the users during the April, 2012. The equipment will be distributed on more that 20 faculties at all 4 Universities. Quality Management System procedures for studnets' internship were developed by mr Igor Kesic, member of project team from University of Novi Sad. Procedure will be approved and included in QMS of University of Novi Sad (more).

On January 24 the presentation "Theoretical and inovative aspects of product development" was held in Rapp Zastava (more).

On January 16, 2012 the presentation about TEMPUS JP 510985-2010 Improvement of Students' Internship was haled at the Faculty for mechanical engineering in Nis. This meeting was organized with European Enterprise Network.
Total numbers of 14 entrepreneurs were present and they were informed with project goals and gave useful information relevant for project realization in the field identification of enterprises capacities and requirements and training for SI supervisors.

Representative of Serbian partners visited University of Ljubljana in order to to plan mobility, training and education of supervisors and academics during the spring of 2012.

During November within the project "Improvement of Students' Internship in Serbia" 14 students from Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac had short intensive internship for one month in SCGM Company from Kragujevac, according to the new developed model. The tasks were clearly defined and needed to reach company requirements. General, the tasks included monitoring and looking for further improvements of production line, assembly department and warehouse, from start (raw material) to finish (end product).

On November 8th 2011, Business Innovation Center signed Protocol of support of TEMPUS ISIS project. BIC is an economic development tool designed to help innovative young companies in start up phase of realization of their business idea and accelerate their growth and success. At this moment there are 10 tenants in BIC and all of them are willing to support TEMPUS ISIS project.
BIC will support the following: Identification of enterprises capacities and requirements, Training of SI mentors and supervisors, Realization of pilot SI based on newly developed models, Monitoring and evaluation of SI realization, Organization of round tables - Experiences from SI, Organization of workshops for employed graduated students, Organization of meetings with enterprises representatives, Realization of SI raising awareness campaign.
As the initial result 10 companies as well as BIC selected their represntatives for SI supervisors. TEMPUS ISIS provide training for SI supervisors. The first group of students will start their internship in mentioed companies or BIC.

On October 23, 2011 the presentation about internship in Zavod za udzbenike Beograd was held. Total number of 12 stundets will have student internship in Zavod za udzbenike having academic mentorship and mentornship from Zavod za udzbenike. (More info)

Students' Union of Serbia SUS is national students' organization the roof organization for 4 Universities' and 67 Faculties' students unions. SUS is member of European Students Union and one of the establishers of Southeast Initiatives - the network of students' organization in the South East of Europe. SUS is will actively support and participate in realization of goals and activities of project TEMPUS JP 510985-2010 Improvement of Students' Internship in Serbia . National Tempus Office made a Field Monitoring Visit to the project 510985-TEMPUS-1-2010-1-RS-TEMPUS-JPHES Improvement of Students' Internship in Serbia on Friday June 17, 2011, starting at 10h at the University of Kragujevac, in the Rectorate building.
The National Tempus Office made this visit on behalf of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) as part of the standard monitoring arrangements for all Tempus projects.
Following the visit a report will be sent to the Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). The EACEA will write formally to the grant holder to summarise the outcomes. On May 10 2011, project coordinator dr Miladin Stefanovic had meeting, in Belgrade, with representative of Union of Employers of Serbia dr Zoran Punosevac. The main topic of discussions were demands for specific skills and knowledge of graduate students, according to employers point of view, possibility of students' internship and research about opinion of employers. In order to provide students' evalaution about quality of studnets internship at Serbian University we developed software solution for on-line INTERNSHIP EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE.
